Your body undergoes huge changes during and after pregnancy. It takes 9 months for a baby to grow. During that time your entire body is transformed to allow this beautiful process to unfold. However after birth the body is often weakened in particular your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. These classes are a fun, efficient and safe way for you to return your body to strength without incurring injury.
