As we get older we loose muscle and any bouts of bad health or inactivity can perpetuate this. It’s very important to maintain muscular strength in our bodies in order to prevent further injury. It’s also important to respect the ageing body! Some forms of exercise can be too aggressive for the older body. This class is tailored to that need to strengthen, without damaging, at a pace which you can enjoy and have fun!
