In contrast to larger, more populated classes, our specialised Pilates sessions are intentionally limited to just six participants. This small-group approach allows us to offer a level of supervision that is both personalised and detailed. Our experienced instructors can provide more in-depth corrections and guidance during the exercises, ensuring your form is correct and you are working out safely. It’s a fine balance between the camaraderie of group exercise and the attention of one-on-one training, all intended to bolster your confidence and understanding of how to exercise safely.
