Do you find yourself getting confused in large classes? Do you struggle to know if you’re doing the exercises correctly? If so a 1:1 session may be the answer. During the 1:1 sessions Emma works closely with you through various exercises offering modifications, advice and support. A suitable option for people who have had an injury and are fearful of getting injured again. Or if you’re unsure how to get back to exercise after a long break. Also useful if you are experienced in Pilates and feel you aren’t making progress.
