Through careful analysis of how her clients move Emma incorporates appropriate Pilates movements into her treatments and has found it to be truly beneficial to her patients from all walks of life. Originally from a ballet background herself, Emma is truly passionate about human movement and dedicated to trying to improve her patients health and well being through physiotherapy and pilates. A Mum of three herself, Emma has a specialist interest in post and ante natal pilates and has completed her APPI Ante & Post Natal Pilates training. She is a fully accredited APPI instructor.
