A six week course which aims to establish a good knowledge of the key elements of Pilates. As a result the exercises enable you to strengthen your core and increase flexibility, whilst avoiding injury. You progress at your own speed and ability.
Pilates is frequently recommended by physiotherapists or GP’s when recovering from injury. This class is an ideal starting point. It is also suitable for women recovering from pregnancy or post surgery patients. A great class for those who have had a long break from Pilates or have not exercised for sometime.
