Pregnancy brings with it many changes to a woman’s body as their baby grows. Pilates is a great way of maintaining flexiblity and strength and preparing a mother for her new arrival. Classes provide Mum’s-to-be with a safe and effective method to help them stay in shape and exercise safely under the supervision of a physiotherapist.
